Refund policy
At My Sunny Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sunnyscasa01@gmail.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
